West Chester marketing agency Alice & Albert Inc. has partnered with New Delhi-based Grapes Worldwide to launch a network connecting brands across the U.S. and India.
The two firms announced their Global Strategic Partner Network on Sunday, Sept. 13, according to MyChesCo. The arrangement pairs Alice & Albert, headquartered at 817 Spruce Ave. in West Chester, with Grapes Worldwide's team of more than 250 specialists spread across offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, London and Bengaluru.
The deal works in two directions. U.S. companies looking to enter India get access to Grapes Worldwide's on-the-ground capabilities in media, public relations, technology and data-led marketing. Indian brands seeking a foothold in North America gain Alice & Albert's expertise in brand strategy, creative content, social commerce and influencer marketing.
"India is one of the world's most dynamic growth markets, and we see opportunity moving in both directions," Jenn Moyer-Smith, co-founder and managing partner of Alice & Albert, said in the announcement. She added that the partnership "connects local market intelligence with the creative, strategic and executional capabilities brands need to make that move successfully."
Moyer-Smith co-founded Alice & Albert in 2019 with Peter Farrell. Before launching the agency, Moyer-Smith worked at QVC, where she led partnerships that drove $100 million in social media revenue, according to the agency's website. Farrell previously ran international accounts across more than 180 countries on McCann's global advertising team.
The firm is a member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce and serves clients in beauty, lifestyle, retail, consumer products, professional services and the public sector.
Grapes Worldwide, founded in 2009, brings integrated services spanning creative, media, artificial intelligence, commerce and public relations. Co-founder and Global CEO Shradha Agarwal said the partnership reflects a shift away from opening offices in every country and toward building local partnerships with strong execution.
Both agencies retain their independence and existing client relationships under the arrangement.
No inaugural cross-market clients were named.
The two firms have signaled they may expand the network by adding specialist agencies in other markets, Vista.Today reported, though no timeline or additional partners have been announced.
